Description
Poppy is desperate to win the prize for the best costume at Madam Angelwing's annual Honeypot Hill fancy dress party so she asks her cousin Saffron to make one for her. But much to Poppy's disappointment, Saffron says no as she thinks it will not only spoil the fun but also give her young cousin an unfair advantage over the other children.
